Good to know

Frequently asked questions

Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Every quote is free and no-obligation. Call or send the form, we’ll arrange a site visit at a time that suits you, then send a detailed, itemised quote with a clear timeline.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in Crewe and cover Cheshire and the North West, including Nantwich, Wistaston, Sandbach, Congleton, Winsford and Middlewich. If you’re not sure we cover your postcode, just ask.
Can you work around us if we’re living in the property?
Yes. We work around families living on site all the time. We agree a working schedule that suits your routine, protect your home, and clean up at the end of every day.
Do you handle planning permission?
We’ll advise whether your project needs it and help you through the process. Most kitchen and bathroom work doesn’t. Extensions, lofts and structural changes usually involve planning, permitted development or building regulations, and we’ll guide you through what applies.
What are your payment terms?
A deposit secures your start date, then staged payments are tied to clear milestones. The full schedule is set out in your written quote before any work begins, and we never ask for full payment upfront.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. We provide a written guarantee on our labour and make sure you’re completely happy before the project is signed off.
